Decusoft adds new Director of Marketing

Decusoft, the global leader in compensation management software, announced that Dan Roche has joined as the Director of Marketing. Bringing 20 years of sales and marketing leadership experience in the technology industry, Dan will lead all marketing efforts and help strengthen the brand as Decusoft continues to grow and expands its client base.

Being able to join a team with a great product and successful customer relationships is a gift for a marketer. The Compose solution has been powering compensation planning, administration, and management with a secure, web-based centralized platform for years. I am excited to join the team and connect our target audiences with the best product and services team in the marketplace,” commented Dan.


Before joining Decusoft, Dan served as the Solution Manager for 6Connex, supporting them through exponential growth in the virtual events business. Prior to that Dan spend over 17 years with TalkPoint/PGi running the global marketing program for the webcasting team. Dan helped build the business from its early days as a start-up through acquisition and post-acquisition into full growth phase as part of the PGi portfolio of products.

Dan holds a BS in marketing from Fairfield University.
